How fast is delivery?
Instant. Once Solana confirms your payment (usually 5 to 20 seconds), the login appears on your order page and in your inbox.
What exactly do I get?
The Riot username and password, plus the email address linked to the account and its password. That gives you full control: change both passwords and the account is yours.
Do I need an account on Polar Store?
No. Checkout only needs an email. Creating an account (email code or Google) keeps all your orders in one place and lets you get restock alerts.
Which regions do you sell?
Each listing shows its region (EU, NA, AP…). A Valorant account is tied to its region, so pick the one where you play.
Someone else is checking out the account I want
Accounts are held for 10 minutes while the buyer pays. If they don't, it comes back on sale automatically and the page updates by itself.

Is paying with crypto safe?
You pay from your own wallet and approve the exact amount. We never see your recovery phrase or ask for it. The payment is verified on the blockchain before anything is delivered.
Can I pay by card or PayPal?
Not directly. Most wallets (Phantom, for example) let you buy USDC with a card in a minute, then pay with it.
After purchase
Is the account safe to use?
Change the linked email's password first, then the Riot password. After that, nobody else can access it. Please play fair: accounts restricted for cheating or abuse are not covered.
What if the account doesn't work?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. See the warranty policy.
I lost the delivery email
Open the order page from the browser you bought with, or sign in with the same email: your orders and logins are in Your orders.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are sent in the same currency to the wallet that paid, usually within 48 hours.
